Shipping policy

We offer free delivery within the London M25 on all our products. 

Alternatively we also offer free collection. If you are in the area and would like to collect your order, please let us know when you would like to collect so we can have this ready for you.

All our deliveries have tracking capabilities, you will receive and email once your order has been dispatched with tracking links available; if you are having difficulty finding this, need to change your delivery or have any other queries, please contact us. 

Fire Pit Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our fire pits, we require specialised delivery, please contact us for more information. If your postcode falls outside of this please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.

Our standard shipping rate for our fire pits is £60, however if delivery to your postcode exceeds this you may be charged an additional delivery fee.

Fire Pit Accessories Delivery

Fire pit accessories can be shipped throughout the UK mainland via DPD, if you are outside of UK mainland please contact us to see if we are able to ship to your area. 

Standard Shipping for accessories is £5.99

Currently we are not shipping Outside Mainland UK, BFPO's, & to the Channel Islands.

NORTHERN IRELAND, FK18-19, IV1-99, HS1-99, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-26, PH30-39, PH40-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99, BT, IM, JE, GY, AB.

Please note: Any orders placed from the postcodes mentioned above are subject to additional courier charges & will not be our standard delivery. Fire Maestro reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason or in the case of non-payment.

Delivery Charge Refunds: 

Delivery charges may be refunded for cancelled orders that have not yet been dispatched. 

Delivery Charges will only be refunded for orders not received or at Fire Maestro's discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for delays of delivery outside of Fire Maestro's  reasonable control. See our Refund Policy for more info
